My Training Approach

I use force free, positive reinforcement training methods. I will lead you and help you to understand your dog and my main aim is to build a strong relationship with your four legged friend. My training classes and one to one sessions are fun, informative and focusing on your dog becoming confident and content.

Hi, my name is Renata

An experienced, fully qualified dog trainer based in Twyford, Berkshire. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in reward-based, force-free training methods that ensure a kind and positive approach to working with dogs. I’m accredited by the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, UK Sniffer Dogs and Approved Reactivity Coach. I offer a variety of services, including one-to-one dog training, puppy training, scent classes, and hoopers classes.

Growing up, my father, a passionate dog trainer, inspired my love for dogs, particularly German Shepherds, a breed that has been close to my heart since I got my first one at 14. More recently, I’ve welcomed Neli, a rescue dog from Romania, into my family, further deepening my understanding and love for canine behavior.

We needed a trainer to come to our house so that our 8 year old twin girls were very much an integral part of the training process for our 12 week old King Charles Cavalier, Louis. No other trainer offered that requirement and at the time, there were no group puppy sessions available to attend. Renata gave us invaluable advice and tips from training to dietary needs, toileting and crate training, answering all of our questions and even followed our weekly sessions up with video demonstrations using her own dog to reinforce our learning. As novice dog owners, this was gold! I can't recommend Renata highly enough.
